Announcement PDF ASX Announcement 25 March 2025 Verbrec signs StacksOnTM Global Reseller Agreement with Datamine Verbrec Limited (ASX : VBC) (Verbrec or the Company) today announces that its wholly owned subsidiary StacksOn Operations Pty Ltd has entered into a Software Reseller Agreement (Agreement) with Datamine for Verbrec’s stockpile digital twin product, StacksOnTM. The Agreement is on customary terms and provides Datamine the non-exclusive, worldwide right to distribute StacksOnTM either on a stand-alone basis or incorporated via an Application Program Interface (API) into Datamine’s suite of sustainable mining software applications. Verbrec will also provide integration, support and training services under the Agreement to Datamine clients who adopt the StacksOnTM technology. StacksOnTM specialised functionality compliments Datamine’s integrated software solutions for the entire mining value chain. Through Datamine’s established international customer base and market leading reputation, the Agreement has the potential to introduce the benefits of StacksOnTM to mining operations which otherwise would not be readily accessible by Verbrec alone.
